Cindy Smith is the person that is responsible for assisting my wife and I in purchasing our home in Sun City Arizona. We purchased the house three years ago. She is very impressive in terms of her knowledge of the housing market. At the time of our search for a home the housing market was very confusing, and the competition for buying a house was tremendous from investors. Cindy found us our perfect home due to her knowledge she also negotiated a great deal. She is extremely masterful; mainly because she does her homework. As a retired teacher I would give her an “A+” in her ability to not only find us a home but in navigating my wife and I through the entire process of purchasing our dream home. Cindy is awesome at responding to a persons need to purchase a home. I remember contacting her at night to see a home that she found on the internet, and she and her husband met us at our current home and we found the electricity turned off. This problem did not deter Cindy, she just used her phone flashlight and we toured the home, and we fell in love with the home. We could contact her any time of day and she would respond. The most impressive skill that Cindy possesses is her ability to negotiate the offer. I remember stating to her on several occasions that I did not think that the seller would agree to our offer, only have both the owner and us the buyer feel that we had made the best deal in town. The bottom line was that Cindy has a skill that not many people possess, and that is her ability to make you feel that she has integrity, and that she is a professional. I give her a five star rating because she provided us with a five star home!

Cindy was very punctual and attentive to all my needs. If I freaked out or started stressing over anything she was there to answer any questions and concerns. She was great at answering calls and returning my calls when she was busy. Hard worker and she does a wonderful job!! Definitely will use her again.

Being a first time homeowner was a stressful process...until Cindy Smith got involved. Not only was she courteous and good at her job but exuded confidence in making this a great experience for me...she always answered my questions (there was a lot) in a timely manner and in a way I could understand. She went above and beyond with inspecting each house and always let me know what to expect from not just possible issues with the house but showed me the ins and outs of each neighborhood. My wife was in another state during the process and Cindy acommadated all request, everything from making sure she was included by setting up people to meet her at our previous residence to get papers signed on her schedule to setting up FaceTime veiwings with us at the homes during hours my wife was available. Even after closing she continued to be awesome...Cindy scheduled people to pick up all my extra boxes that piled up after unpacking and sent flowers to my wife.
